２．概況
Review for the month
・感染拡大防止策として 、ほぼ全店で、１日の営業時間を２時間短縮し、週１日の休日を設定いたしました。 また、一部店舗で入店制限を実施しるなど三密を避ける運営に務めました。
As the measures against coronavirus, we have reduced store operating hours by two hours, set once a week store close day to almost all the stores. We also limited the number of customers in stores in order to avoid "Three C's"- closed spaces,
crowded places, and close-contact setting which facilitate the transmission of the virus.
・プレミアムメンバーや地域のお客様の急を要す機器整備やサポートを優先対応しております。
At stores, we place priority on urgently required device preparation and support for the premium members and customers in the communities.
・自宅でのテレワークや在宅オンライン学習、遠隔コミュニケーションに必要な機器や環境整備の要望があり、それらに関連する商品や取り巻くサービスのニーズが一定量ありました。
There were demand for devices and systems required for telework, online study, and remote communication from home which led to sales increase in related products and services.
・プレミアムメンバーにご計画提案は、急を要さない商品、サービスは、日程の先送りを行い、翌月や夏以降への予約対応を行っております。
As for our planned proposals to premium members, non-urgent products and service provisions are being postponed, and we are taking customer requests via reservations for next month and during the summer time.

Net sales compared to the same month of the previous year in Section 1 are calculated using POS data from PC DEPOT and PC DEPOT Smart Life stores directly run by PC DEPOT or its subsidiary as well as from PC DEPOT PC Clinic stores.
*３ サービス売上高（ソリューションサービス売上高）は、技術サービス・通信料等収入のほか、プレミアムメンバーシップとして提供する物品・MVNO事業の通信料等を計上しております。
Net sales from services are the sum of the preliminary figures for technical service fees, various commissions, and communication charges, etc. The data transmission charges for MVNO business are included in the net sales from services.
