２．概況
Review for the month
・前月に引き続き、自宅でのテレワークや在宅オンライン学習、遠隔コミュニケーションに必要な機器や環境整備の要望があり、それらに関連する商品や取り巻くサービスのニーズがありました。
Like last month, we continued to receive requests from our customers for necessary devices and systems for telework, online study, and remote communication from home; and we saw increasing demand for such products and related services.
・日程を先送りしたプレミアムメンバーへの計画提案や計画提案からの需要創出機会などは、緊急事態宣言の解除により順次対応を行っております。
With the lifting of the state of emergency, we are sequentially addressing the deferred planned proposals to our premium members as well as the opportunities for demand creation.
・携帯電話等の契約に時間を要する販売は、減少しております。
Sales of mobile phones and others which require time to have subscription contracts have declined.
・他店購入品を含む、購入後の相談件数は増加しております。
We saw a number of post-purchase consultations on the rise, including those devices bought in other stores.
・昨年はWindows 7サポート終了に伴うパソコンや関連するサービスの需要がありました。
We had increased demand for new PCs and related services last year due to the termination of support for Windows 7.
・6月17日にピーシーデポスマートライフ有明ガーデン店を開店いたしました。（ピーシーデポスマートライフららぽーと豊洲 紀伊國屋書店内店から同一エリア内移転）
PC DEPOT Smart Life Ariake Garden Store opened on June 17. (Same commercial area relocation from PC DEPOT Smart Life in Books Kinokuniya LaLaport Toyosu Store)

Net sales compared to the same month of the previous year in Section 1 are calculated using POS data from PC DEPOT and PC DEPOT Smart Life stores directly run by PC DEPOT or its subsidiary as well as from PC DEPOT PC Clinic stores.
*３ サービス売上高（ソリューションサービス売上高）は、技術サービス・通信料等収入のほか、プレミアムメンバーシップとして提供する物品・MVNO事業の通信料等を計上しております。
Net sales from services are the sum of the preliminary figures for technical service fees, various commissions, and communication charges, etc. The data transmission charges for MVNO business are included in the net sales from services.
